I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey that led to the purchase of a Germinator franchise. Owning a Germinator business allowed for the introduction of Phil Gill and the Sir Grout business. Sir Grout's relentless pursuit to provide first-in-class solutions and services by using state-of-the-art technology and products, and highly trained technicians aligned with my engineering mindset.
