Ted, 'The Ambassador of Happiness,' came out to review our project and provide us with a quote. He advised us on what would be done and what we could expect when completed and showed us a sample of the new grout color. He was very personable, friendly, and always smiling.

Xavier performed the cleaning, grouting, and sealing of both of our bathrooms and our kitchen. He was extremely careful, explained to us what we should expect, and made sure everything met our satisfaction. He is a true professional!

Sir Grout cleaned and sealed the floor and wall tiles in three bathrooms and the laundry room in my home. The laundry room grout and tile were particularly dirty, being a high-foot-traffic area, and they were not properly sealed after installation two years ago. When the process was finished, the tile and grout looked brand new.

Visitors to my home commented on how good it looked. Curtis did a fantastic job with the cleaning and sealing. Ted clearly explained what he recommended, why, and how the process would work. He also taught me the value of a pH-neutral cleaner.

There was one minor issue several days after the work was completed. After I informed Sir Grout, they promptly addressed it; Lamar came by and made sure it was corrected to my satisfaction.

The bathrooms in the home were renovated last year, including new floor and wall tile (including the showers). Sir Grout's process ensures all the tile, including some pricey marble, will be sealed and protected.
