Sir Grout cleaned and sealed the floor and wall tiles in three bathrooms and the laundry room in my home. The laundry room grout and tile were particularly dirty, being a high-foot-traffic area, and they were not properly sealed after installation two years ago. When the process was finished, the tile and grout looked brand new.

Visitors to my home commented on how good it looked. Curtis did a fantastic job with the cleaning and sealing. Ted clearly explained what he recommended, why, and how the process would work. He also taught me the value of a pH-neutral cleaner.

There was one minor issue several days after the work was completed. After I informed Sir Grout, they promptly addressed it; Lamar came by and made sure it was corrected to my satisfaction.

The bathrooms in the home were renovated last year, including new floor and wall tile (including the showers). Sir Grout's process ensures all the tile, including some pricey marble, will be sealed and protected.

If you're looking for grout cleaning or repair, look no further than Sir Grout. The grout on my kitchen floor was an eyesore, and I had scrubbed it and tried to clean it with various cleaners, but nothing worked. It turned out that it was never sealed.

Curtis with Sir Grout came out to clean and seal the grout in my kitchen. He also did the same for the backsplash, the bathroom, and the foyer floors. They now look like brand new floors. Curtis did an amazing job. He wanted to be sure I was pleased, and I definitely was. He has a pleasing personality and takes pride in his work.

This is my first of what will be two reviews. Ted came out to look at our master and guest bathrooms and did a tremendous job not only educating us on the process and materials, but also even ahead of scheduling gave us important tips on products to discontinue using that are harmful to surfaces.

We are going to have our old shower enclosure ripped out because after 30 years, there are parts of it on the inside that can't be fixed. Then, we can immediately have Sir Grout gain full access to our shower tiles and floor and surrounding area. I'm hoping all of this can occur within the next several weeks!

Ted was very knowledgeable when describing the work he recommended and took time to make sure I understood everything. Jamar did an amazing job restoring the appearance of my primary bathroom shower and floor tile. Later, he restored the look of my kitchen, foyer, and half bath.
