Ted came and gave a demonstration of the product. It was a pleasure speaking with him. No high pressure. A few days later, Lamar came in performed the cleaning and sealing process. Our kitchen floor looks like a gem. We are completely satisfied with the work done. Also Lamar was very professional in his work.

Ted, 'The Ambassador of Happiness,' came out to review our project and provide us with a quote. He advised us on what would be done and what we could expect when completed and showed us a sample of the new grout color. He was very personable, friendly, and always smiling.

Xavier performed the cleaning, grouting, and sealing of both of our bathrooms and our kitchen. He was extremely careful, explained to us what we should expect, and made sure everything met our satisfaction. He is a true professional!
